JD Analytics & Solutions was built on a simple belief: business support shouldn't stop at reports, spreadsheets, and recommendations.

I didn't learn business from a classroom alone—I learned it by working in it. Over the past 18 years, I've held positions across manufacturing, operations, management, logistics, process improvement, and business development. I've spent time on production floors, in warehouses, in offices, and in leadership roles. I've worked through equipment breakdowns, staffing shortages, production bottlenecks, customer demands, and the everyday challenges that businesses face.

What I discovered is that most small business owners aren't lacking ideas or effort. They're overloaded.

They're busy putting out fires, serving customers, managing employees, and keeping the doors open. The projects that could improve the business—organizing data, tracking performance, documenting processes, improving workflows, or implementing new systems—often get pushed to the bottom of the list.

That's where I come in.

When I work with a client, I'm not interested in handing over a report and disappearing. My goal is to understand the challenge, identify the root cause, and help implement practical solutions that make day-to-day operations easier. Whether that means improving efficiency, strengthening communication, organizing information, creating better workflows, or helping manage change, I'm willing to do the work necessary to help move the business forward.

I also believe in testing and refining ideas within my own company before recommending them to others. If I suggest a tool, process, or system, it's because I believe it provides real value—not because it's the latest trend or the most expensive option.
